please find enclosed a description of our house situated at CROUESTY in the community of ARZON in the Golfe du MORBIHAN. 

The rental period starts and finishes at noon on Saturday.

 Payment conditions:

-         an advance payment of 30% of the total secures the reservation

-         the balance (70%) to be paid one month before the start of the rental period. On receipt of this balance we will send you the keys

-         a cheque for a deposit of  250 EUROS to be sent to us one month before the start of the rental period

Points to note

-         Sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels are not supplied

-         Pets are not permitted

-         The deposit cheque will not be cashed and will be returned to you no later than one month after the end of your stay, provided there have been no damages/breakages and provided we have received your payment for electricity consumed.

Inside

-         Vacuum cleaner

-         Very complete set of crockery/glasses/cutlery,

-         Washing machine,

-         Dishwasher,

-         Electric heating,

-         Hot water is provided by a hot water tank with electric immersion heater,

-         We can arrange for the house to be cleaned after your stay for a supplement of 40 Euros.

Outside

-         Patio faces south,

-         Garden furniture,

-         Pleasant garden with lawn and trees,

You have to provide

-         Sheets for 6 single beds (mattress size 90 x  190 mm)
In one bedroom two single beds (mattress size 90 x  190 mm) are placed together to form a double bed, so double sheets are needed here)

-         Tea towels, hand/bath towels

Electricity

-         You pay for the electricity you consume. When you arrive you must read the two meters (outside the front garden behind a white panel). One meter records off-peak consumption and the other standard rate consumption. Then, when you leave at the end of your stay, read the meters again and send the readings to us. We will then write to you telling you the cost and you must send us a cheque for this amount (the deposit cheque will not be returned to you until you have paid for the electricity consumed).
